Due to the made to order and custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This includes custom binders, digital print editions, apparel, and all other items sold through the store.

Please ensure that:

• You have selected the correct size, colour, and options before completing checkout
• Your shipping address is entered correctly
• Your design details are accurate

If an item arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Customs fees or import duties for international orders
• Items returned due to unpaid customs charges
