Processing Time
All made to order items, including custom binders and apparel, require production time before shipping. Estimated turnaround times are listed on each product page.
Orders will only be fulfilled once payment has been received in full.
Shipping Method
All UK orders are shipped via Evri.
Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
Please allow additional time for delivery during busy periods or event seasons.
International Shipping
International shipping is available where listed at checkout.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping again within one month. After this period, the item may be resold.
Incorrect Addresses
