By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General
This website is operated by Bethoodle. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bethoodle. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time.

Many of our products, including custom binders, are made to order and created specifically according to the description provided by the customer at checkout.
All orders will be produced strictly based on the design tier and options selected at the time of purchase.
If you select the PNG / Character Only option but describe or request a full illustration with background elements, the order will be fulfilled as the PNG / Character Only version unless the additional fee for a full illustration is paid.
In this case:
• You may be contacted once to confirm whether you would like to upgrade and pay the additional fee
• If no additional payment is made, the binder will be produced according to the originally selected tier
We will only contact you regarding clarification of your design selection where necessary. We will not contact you for progress approvals or design revisions unless there is a clear issue with the information provided.
Once an order is placed and payment has been received, production will begin according to the description submitted.
We do not provide update photos during the sketch, colouring, or finishing stages. Due to the made to order nature of these items, the final product will be delivered once complete.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that the final artwork is created according to your selected tier and written description.
By placing a custom order, you confirm that:
• You have selected the correct size, colour, and options
• You have provided accurate design details
• You understand minor artistic interpretation may occur
All custom products are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
We reserve the right to refuse any design request that is inappropriate, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property laws.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed in full at checkout before production begins.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.
If a customer selects an incorrect design tier for the complexity requested, an additional payment may be required before work proceeds.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided on product pages but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by postal services or couriers
• Customs fees, import duties, or taxes
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
If an item is returned due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping again within one month. After this period, the item may be resold.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, branding, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Bethoodle.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
Purchase of a product does not grant commercial rights to reproduce the artwork.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
All products should be handled with care. While binders are finished with durability in mind, misuse or damage after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
